If you've never tried your hand at ice fishing, the picturesque setting of the well maintained Sidley Lake in Molson, Washington might be a great spot to try your luck. The 2024 Grand Prize was valued at $1000!
Located thirteen miles from Oroville, the Molson Ice Fishing Derby delivers a fun day for the whole family with cash and prizes for adults and youth. Always a favorite event, it's the fish and fun that keeps the anglers coming back for more. The day begins with registration starting at 7am and a pancake breakfast from 7am - 10am at the Molson Grange, local crafters set up in the Grange for a craft fair and other activities are planned for the children.
